John A. Rubino Chief Executive Officer & Principal
John brings over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry to Extreme Hospitality. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, John’s career trajectory is marked by leadership roles including President, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and more. His experience spans working with owners of individual hotel assets to REITs and organizations holding in excess of 50 hotels individually. He has direct experience in overseeing a hotel portfolio valued at over $6.8 billion, comprising more than 300 nationally branded hotels and generating over $1.65 billion in annual revenue. Well versed in culture cultivation and associate engagement, John has experience leading a nationwide team consisting of more than 15,000 associates.
Throughout his career, John has opened over 50 hotels, transitioned more than 300 hotels into the world’s largest third-party management company, and significantly improved the financial performance of struggling properties. Through his leadership and implementation of systems, policies and procedures he was successful in growing a leading third party hotel management company by 300% in three years, to a portfolio of 170 hospitality assets.
John’s passion for hospitality extends beyond operations; he has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Member in Travel & Tourism, teaching Dining Room and Front Office Management. He has authored course materials in Hotel Management for national educational organizations and has been a valued participant on numerous industry councils and boards.

Eric brings a wealth of expertise to Extreme Hospitality. With a career spanning various facets of the industry, including hotel real estate finance, acquisitions, development, and hospitality operations, Eric has played a key role in underwriting and managing over $1.5 billion in hotel real estate investments. His work with top private equity firms, REITs, and high-net-worth individuals has been instrumental in driving successful transactions.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University's renowned School of Hospitality Management. He also earned certifications in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University and Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
In 2021, Eric was recognized by Hotel Management Magazine as one of the Top 30 Under 30 in the industry for his entrepreneurial approach and industry impact. His hands-on experience in operations, from front office to food & beverage, make him uniquely qualified to support properties in achieving operational excellence.

Ryan plays a pivotal role in steering overall revenue generation for the assets we manage. With an impressive two-decade journey in the Hospitality Industry, Ryan brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Extreme Hospitality.
Ryan's professional trajectory has seen him excel in various roles, from Executive Vice President of Commercial Strategy, to Senior Vice President of Sales and Revenue Strategy, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director of Sales, Task-Force Pre-Opening Sales, Director of Sales and Marketing, Senior Sales Manager, and General Manager. His adaptability and proven leadership have solidified his status as a highly respected figure in the dynamic hospitality sector.
Renowned for his expertise in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, Ryan is celebrated as an industry leader dedicated to cultivating authentic team cultures. His innovative thinking consistently propels top-line revenues for all stakeholders associated with Extreme Hospitality, while inspiring the teams under his guidance to pursue excellence in every facet of their professional and personal lives.
Beyond the boardroom, Ryan is fueled by a passion for community service. As the Co-founder and President of the KRW Foundation, a non-profit focused on youth and community development in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Ryan actively contributes to philanthropic causes. His commitment to both business success and philanthropy has earned him a coveted spot on the Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Journal’s distinguished Top 20 Under 40 list, as well as numerous industry accolades.
